Pick up/drop off is a great thing, but I am just pointing out that being a proud dog momma is in fact more difficult than having human children.  I mean at least real babies poop in their pants and you won't have to take them out in the rain early in the morning, only to have to pick up their poo...But I love him to death and wouldn't change it for the world. After much specualtion and taking the time to meet with the development expert who is leading this construction, Jeff Rhuda of Symes Associates, I have learned what exactly is to come. Not only is he a developemental genious, but he has proved himself also to be a polished yet personable gentleman. Now through all the speculation I have the right answer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The demolishion is scheduled to start in early September. Though this may be the most unpleasant time for neighbors, demo will be over in less than 3 weeks. Shortly after, piping for water and sewer will begin. If everything goes as planned sales will begin as early as November, with the homes going up early December and move-in ready May 2009.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The site will be divided into 10 adjacent properties aurrounding a cul-de-sac. Land area will vary from 12,000-20,000 square feet. Home styles will vary, but will all be a minimum of 4 bedrooms. Atleast 2 of the site will be dug for full walk-out, daylight basements.
